Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating's Charges
Our charges are uncomplicated and 100% clear. There are no hidden extras and there is no call out charge. All our customers are made aware of our rates at the time of booking their job.
Hourly rates: A minimum charge of 1 hour is charged for all jobs, thereafter 30 minute increments. All rates exclude the cost of materials and are subject to VAT @ 17.5%.
Fixed price: Written or verbal quotations are available. Where appropriate we are happy to make an appointment for an estimator to assess your job free of charge. Fixed price quotes are subject to VAT @ 17.5%.

| Any additional gas appliance (hob, fire) carried out at the same time | £28.00 each |
All prices are exclusive of VAT at 17.5%. All prices are effective from 1st September 2009.
Payment
Payment must be made in full, by credit card, cheque or cash to the engineer on satisfactory completion of the work
Where this is not possible (i.e. Landlords and Companies) credit card details must be given over the phone at the time of booking the work. You will not be charged until the work has been carried out.
