Our charges are uncomplicated and 100% clear. There are no hidden extras and no call out fees. We are Trading Standard approved and registered as members of the “Buy with Confidence" Scheme.
Hourly rates: We have a first hour charge for all visits and then charge in 15 minute increments after that.
Fixed price: Our hourly rates cover most minor jobs from 1 to 4 hours. If the works are likely to exceed this then we will carry out a free, no obligation visit and provide a written or verbal fixed price quotation.
Quotations: All quotations are free of charge. We will visit you at an agreed time and return a fixed price quotation within 48 hours.

Payments
Payment to be made in full at the end of each visit to our engineer.
Payments accepted by credit/debit card or cash only (cheques no longer accepted)
Businesses and landlords can set up a credit account by completing an application.
