I have delayed writing as I wanted to be sure about our new radiator. As you advised, it is more than adequate for the job of heating our kitchen. The increased size is hardly noticeable. The changes to the pipe work have resulted in a much better flow of water to the radiator ensuring that it now gets very hot. In fact the valve is probably half open.
So thanks to you and Mark for all your help in solving this problem. We are very pleased with all the work that Mark has done for us.

I write to congratulate Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating on the new Grant Vortex wall hung condensing boiler recently installed at our address. Your installers, Philip and Ian, were courteous, accommodating to customer needs, helpful, knowledgeable and professional, and in addition carried out all of the work in a neat and tidy manner. We are very pleased with the functioning of the new boiler and the additional upgrades to the existing heating system. I have already expressed to friends and acquaintances how pleased I am with the work; when I mentioned it to someone the other night they said they had also employed Chelmsford Plumbing & Heating some while ago and were also very pleased with the work carried out for them. Quite obviously it is the best kind of recommendation you can get that when your name is mentioned people immediately respond in a praiseworthy manner.
